Two and a half-level basement including; Traditional bored pier works to site perimeter, basement bulk excavation works, perimeter capping beam, shotcrete walls and temporary ground anchors. Followed by a complete external retention wall and sleeper retaining wall system (for garden beds and perimeter retention).
