Demolition works including internal strip-out of existing commercial building, complete demolition of commercial building and gantry temporary retention structure to Smith Street heritage facade.
Stage 2:
Single-level basement works including; traditional bored pier works to site perimeter drilled in rock, basement bulk excavation works, capping beam, shotcrete walls, temporary ground anchors, detail excavation & F/R/P of all in-ground footings, stormwater & hydraulic in-ground works and tanks and finishing with the slab on ground works.
