Building A Works – Site strip and demolition of existing site, followed by construction of a single-level basement including; CFA Secant Piled Wall System (with guide-wall) to basement perimeter, basement bulk excavation works, capping beam, shotcrete walls, detail excavation & F/R/P of all in-ground footings and finishing with the hydrostatic slab on ground works to B1.
Building R Works – Site bulk-filling works and compaction in layers of proposed building area, CFA Foundation Piling works, detail excavation & F/R/P of all in-ground footings and slab on ground works to Ground Floor area.
